Examples not correctly linked when generating RDoc using Hanna

Hi,
thanks for the great gem. We use it evertime for our mocking in ruby.
There is a problem, if you generate the rdoc with hanna. The Usage Examples are not correct linked in this envirnoment.
Maybe you are interested in this.

I suspect this will not have been helped by the fix for this issue.
I think the best way to sort this out is to move the code examples into RDoc proper, rather than generating the coderay syntax-highlighted pages.
